Went in with my wife to add a line and get our niece her first phone. The lady working at the counter (I think her name is Ashley) suggested one of their top 3 selling phones. We picked a $60 Motorola, $40 case, with a $25 activation fee; plus what we were told a free speaker in a bundle deal. Should come out to $125. She then quotes me $195 which made no sense. She then explains that we’d be charged $55 for service starting out and then our bill going forward would normalize to a multiple line deal. I ended up paying the $195. Right after I walked out the door, I added the math in my head and realized we’re still off. Turns out, they gave a promotion of $20 off the service fee, and that free speaker was actually $35. We went back in because we didn’t want this speaker at all. We just wanted a cheap phone for our niece. They said they don’t refund accessories. One of their friends that said she was a former employee tried to give me $15 from her wallet to make things right after I was obviously not okay with what happened and the employee condoned it. I told them I just want to return the speaker instead of taking this random persons money. They get on the phone with their manager, and he had them give me $15 cash out of the register without processing any refunds after I explained the situation that unfolded. It was such a weird and sketchy situation. I would not recommend conducting any kind of business with this store and I’ll definitely be switching service in the near future. Read moreThe worst customer service I have ever experienced. This was my first payment since switching to Cricket. But now I'm having second thoughts about the service. The employee pushed wrong button twice on her side paying my bill. She then asked if I had cash as she messed up. I already told her I would be paying with my bank card. She asks the person I was with if he had cash to pay for her mistake. He reluctantly agreed and I had to hear about it... Like I said Verizon is looking better and better. I may be going back. Ohh and after taking up 30 min of my time just to pay my bill she STILL charged...

They're always very honest and helpful and when I have a problem it gets resolved quickly! I am happy with my bill and how much I pay and the quality of the service I received for the cost! And at this store in particular, they bend over backwards to help me! They could have just sold me a new phone, but they went out of their way to take time to look at my phone and help me fix it so I didn't have to buy...
