Dont bother going to this store. I went in to inquire about getting a 3DS which had just gone on sale. They didnt have any in stock, which I expected, and directed me to use their online in-store pickup option. When I tried to explain to him that I tired that at home last night (because I already hate dealing with the employees here, but I didnt say that), but that the KF store didnt show up online, he A) blamed me for not using the website properly, B) blamed the Web people at Gamestop for not knowing how to do their job, and C) blamed all customers by stating its been really busy lately (there was one other customer in the store). For one the young gentleman who helped me didn't seem like he even wanted to be there and told me the system was down and he'll have to put my order in once it's up again that day. I was told that in order to make a transaction with them I would need to leave the store and open the controller and not return until the next day. Why the next day?
