Absolutely & consistently the worst Taco Bell that I have ever been to. The employees do not care. If you want to pay for cold & stale food that gives you diarrhea within hours, then this is your stop.
Tonight my nephew warned me not to go to Taco Bell for food, because they literally mess up our food in multiple ways, every single time that we go there…
Tonight I should have listened to my nephew. Instead I sat in the drive through for over 30 minutes. I order 2 Doritos Locos Tacos SUPREME with Diablo sauce. That’s it! Get to the window , I pay with my card , and then he tries to hand me a Baja blast. I told him I didn’t order a soda only 2 Doritos locos tacos supremes. Turns out he charged my card for 50$ worth of food that I did not order - none of which had my tacos anywhere . He gets someone to refund my card and they apologize and tell me have a good night. I responded that I havnt gotten the 2 Doritos locos taco supremes I ordered. Another 5 minutes go by and I’m handed a bag with no sauce I have to wave him down for the sauce. Get home - tacos are missing sour cream and tomatos! (Whole reason I order supreme)
So I drive all the way back to Taco Bell . After length of time I am acknowledged at the counter by the same man who messed up everything in drive thru. I explain my tacos are missing sour cream and tomatoes and asking how long it will take for the 50$ refund to reach my account. He asks the other employees and comes back asking for the receipt for the tacos and I explained I was only given the receipt for the 50$ refund. He then tells me I only paid for regular tacos. I respond again that’s not what I ordered. I wanted supreme and I said it every time. He told me that again I would need to pay for the Doritos locos supremes. I DISTINCTLY ASKED IF HE WAS THEN GOING TO REFUND THE REGULAR TACOS THEN AND HE SAID NO.
At which point I requested a manager. This employee who had to grab someone else for a refund and keep asking other employees in regards to his own mistakes he was continuing to make - told me that he was the manager, that this was policy & that I needed to pay for more tacos. At this point I am shaking due to lack of food & this employee is still arguing with me. He then degrades me for shaking in front of a lobby full of people & continues to tell me how I am the problem when I have remained extremely calm throughout this whole thing. He then tries to get confirmation from the lobby that he did indeed tell me he would refund the regular tacos & that I wasn’t listening. At this point I am beyond frustrated because literally nobody listened to my order. This employee telling me that I’m not listening is literally the one who has not listened to my simple order, now multiple times, and is continuing to project me as the problem.
Finally a cook comes and asks the problem I say I literally just need 2 Doritos Locos Tacos Supremes. He walks away and comes back in a minute with the correct tacos! Now, an hour later - I’m at home inspecting my 60$ tacos for spit or some other filth or grime, from the negative way the employee treated me. Wow. Hoping the refund actually reaches my account, but highly doubtful after tonight’s experience. Taco Bell needs employees who actually care...
Read moreI want to give a huge shout-out to Vanessa at Taco Bell for providing some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. She was super polite, upbeat, and genuinely friendly. Even though it was late and busy, she took the extra time to double-check our order, make sure we had all of our items, plenty of sauces, forks, and napkins. She really made us feel like she cared, which is rare to see these days. I took the extra time to ask her her name and to write a review about her.
I’ve never seen her there before, but she’s definitely a top-caliber employee. It’s refreshing to come across someone who goes above and beyond in an industry where employees are often underpaid and underappreciated. Vanessa truly stood out, and Taco Bell is lucky to have her on their team! As a person who writes reviews often. I do realize that it's not a ways of consistent experience When it comes to food and customer service, but it's definitely to be noted when somebody does do something...
Read moreThere are two taco bells in town this one is busier and better. The food is taco bell so I don't know why people expect a 5 star restaurant quality experience. The wait times are a little long but not bad at all. The staff knows that you've probably been waiting a while to get to them so they are always at least friendly. As with many places on this town staffing is probably an issue that contributes to the wait times. People will go to this place 100 times a year and one of those times their order will be wrong or not taste good to them, and all of a sudden it's the worst place in town. It is a busy taco bell in a small town in the middle of nowhere, shut up take your food and be happy. If you are traveling and just passing through this is a good stop for a quick bite. If you live here you are probably very high and going to order $40 of taco bell. You and your friends are why it's taking so long to get your...
