Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Klamath Falls

I have never been such a bad dutch brothers. We waited 20 mins for one car in front of us then while we were waiting other friends showed up so the got served as they all had a great talk. We pre-order with the runner and paid in advance. we were so piss we wanted just to leave. but since we paid already we stayed. On top of that we were waiting so long the system deleted our order off the list to make it. The coffee were done waiting on the counter and were not hot when we got them then she tried to charge us again for them and act like they we just slammed reason for the delay mean while you watch 6 cars go through the other side the time we were waiting. I feel the staff or girl that was working need to be RETRAINED or what is deemed...

Consistently the absolute slowest Dutch bros I have ever been to. I could drive to a different Dutch bros and order and receive my drink faster than this stand can get through two cars, in fact I just did. Each car takes them 3-5 minutes, which is absolutely baffling when the stand isn’t busy and they don’t have a person outside taking orders. Actually astounding. I already told myself I wouldn’t go back to this stand after waiting 25 minutes in line before, and thought tonight “well I’ll give them one more go”. Lo and behold, I waited ten minutes and saw one car leave in front of me.

Never wasting my time in line at this stand again. I will drive out of my way just to avoid how stupendously...

Not a fan of coffee but the family is, so we come often. I've started to love their Peppermint Mochas. That being said, we also come back because of who these people are and what they stand for. The kids who work in this stand (and the dollar tree) are some if the nicest kids around. They work hard and with a smile. They ask about you and chat while still working fast. They always talk to my kids and tell them that they hope they have an awesome day at school. They have fundraisers for local people who have had tragic things happen and also charities. I will always support this company and it's kids because of...
