I just got a brand new 2025 vehicle without a scratch on it. I signed up for the Sam's membership since it was a good deal. While washing my vehicle I was concerned the cloths were whipping a little heavy on my vehicle. I signed up for the membership less than two weeks ago and now I have a series of diaganol scratches, very uniform, down the right side of my brand new vehicle. I went down to show them and let them know about this, the only two things that have touched my vehicle are me, and this car wash, and these scratches were not here two weeks ago. I used to detail cars, trucks, boats, rv's, jetski's as well as have worked in a carwash for a few years. I know the tactics used to say "it wasn't us" and protect the business. There is no logical way this carwash did not damage my vehicle. I explained to the gentleman my experience in the matter, he told me they were probably there before and the dealership was covering them up, our cloths are soft and wouldn't do that, and when I pointed out it may have been some trapped dirt in the cloths he said "Our cloths don't have any dirt on them." At this point I knew it was going nowhere, so I cancelled my membership and left. It'll probably be fine if you don't care if your vehicle gets all scratched up, but if you have a new vehicle and it gets damaged here, don't expect any accountability. Bro said "Our cloths don't have any dirt on them". They clean dirty cars all day long with little to no maintenance, I've been in the business, those things stay on until they crumble. I won't be back, zero accountability, not even entertaining the idea, turn and burn, that's the...
Read moreI have been a semi-regular customer here for 2 years now and with this not being a detail car wash I am aware that my car will not be spotless however today like a few times prior my car looked like it had only been rinsed off with a water hose after paying for the top most expensive wash. I’m leaving a 5 star experience rating solely for the customer service of an employee named Molly, she was very tedious and apologetic with the situation and took her time to help satisfy me (the customer)
However a manger (I believe a miss Labuan) walked over and was very rude to this employee about spending too much time on my Tahoe while I had been there for over an hour cleaning missed spots and not once witnessed this manager helping any customers herself while rushing the one employee that made my day by helping me.
Even after overhearing this manager hound the employee for actually doing her job, I interrupted and complimented Molly for doing the extra work to make sure I got my money’s worth and Lajuan still made remarks about “why she’s taking so dang long” very rude and I hope miss molly gets some recognition for her hard work if anything from...
Read moreThe car wash is wonderful and so are the vacuums.
The one star is for customer service: Unfortunately, I purchased the Top Wash, which includes a free car wash within 4 days of purchase.
My intentions were to return on February 5th, when my schedule was open to do so, but due to the rain, it defeated the purpose. It would have led to muddy carpets after vacuuming and dirtier car from mud on the road.
I called the company about the wash code, since there was a storm on the Feb. 6th also. The company stated their policy, but also acknowledged that individual locations could possibly work with the customer.
Needless to say, I wasted money and will now have to purchase a full carwash, since the Knightdale location will not honor the purchase. Their solution was that I should have come in on Feb. 2nd, 3rd or 4th. My schedule did not allot for those days, so I could not return.
I will only purchase "premium" wash or lower. At least, I won't be obligated to return by a specific day on their schedule in bad weather.
With new locations becoming available throughout Raleigh, I may not even need to return to the location...
