T.J. Maxx — Local services in Knightdale

Went to Tjamxx today, had a great shopping experience and than it came to checking out. I had a pair of socks that were on clearance for $2, I did not notice that the clearance price was not charged until after the transaction, so I went back and went to the same cashier And told her I didn’t get the clearance price for the socks and showed her the receipt ringed it up for a different price and her reply was “you didn’t buy these socks”, I instantly couldn’t believe what she had replied and I showed her again “yes I did, I want a refund for the socks” and she said “you have to bring back all . items you purchased and I have to do a refund of all of the items”. I felt like I was being accused of something that I didn’t do, and I specifically went to the same cashier who checked me out so she knows. Anyways, I brought back everything and she refunded everything and she noticed the refunded price was lower than what I was charged for and she noticed it was indeed the socks that were charged wrong and she said “oh…I don’t know what happened with that” and I said “it’s the socks, I was supposed to get charged this price not the price you had originally charged me for” and said nothing, no sorry, no sorry for the inconvenience. Nothing. And she said the money is not going back on my card and asked another employee to explain to me and the employee said “ma’am it will go back it just takes 3 days”. I can say I like to tour TJ Maxx every week. I could even work as a mistery shopper or be a once a week supervisor, LOL. Not kidding. I like this one because is always clean, well organized. The staff is friendly and helpful. And I always find something to buy. My tour start making a quick stop at the bags sections, then I move to the accesories, having a quick look to the cosmetics, and sometimes buying some. But where I spent most of my time is in the shoes area, so tempting. I have my closet full of shoes thanks to TJ Maxx. Then, I move to the kitchen shelves trying to determine if I need something. Then, I go to the decoration section. Last time I bought a plant holder. I have also bought some furnitures. No complain so far but my only regret is that I still do not buy the beige leather sweavel chair. It's $400 but sooooo pretty and comfortable. Anyway, returning to my tour again, I then go to the cushions shelves. They have so beautiful options that I can only admire. I have so many already at home. After it, I stop for poop bags for my dogs and any other delicious treat. Yes, they already have beds, and stairs (they are chihuahuas need stairs for the sofa and bed). Sometimes, I stop at the toy's area but I don't have kids so I quickly turn to the ladies clothes and dive deep to see if I find something that I love like the last jeans that I bought.

Conclusion: if you are looking for affordable branded clothes, shoes, and accessories don't forget to stop at TJ Maxx. Great option...

Went to exchange a set of earrings I purchased a few hours ago from another tjmaxx because they were too small and I felt like I settled. I was hoping to find a better set or pair here but the selection was not the best so I just wanted a refund. The associate was nice but the manager was nasty saying because I bought the set defective / missing a pair she would not return them in which I had no rideset of 3 .but the stem was already damaged if I move or bend iit it’ll break on top of that. Sharon C is so nasty that she swore they never sell defective or display defective items but this below was in her case ! It wasn’t due it wasn’t discounted and there were other items that were in bad condition in this store . Aldi I have purchased items at multiple tj maxxs that were missing one pair or a little bent and they would not discount nor on occasions did I know it was missing a pair on the pack. So I buy them this store included! I asked for the GMs number and name she refused told me to call the 800 number which I will! I’ll also be getting her direct bosses number and doing multiple reviews, I spend a lot of money in you guys store and how nasty some of your employees are is a shame.
