Burlington — Local services in Knightdale

Not the first time I’ve felt disrespected at the Knightdale location. On March 12, 2025, I came in to shop and needed to use the restroom—there was no staff in sight to unlock the door, which was frustrating.

Now I'm back to exchange a Steve Madden purse I previously purchased for my teenage daughter to carry her diabetic supplies. I was told the bag looked "worn." Of course it did—she used it daily for her medical needs! I couldn't locate the item on my digital receipt right away, and I was treated like I was trying to scam the store.

This store has a nice selection. The issue is short staff and clutter. You can barely shop with a cart, the aisles are very narrow and you run the risk of breaking items if you have a cart.
