Oct 2024They just updated a response that they contacted me for a solution but they did nothing different. No accommodations on anything and I had to come up with my own solution. As well as I also filed a police report about the third party who took something from my apt during .The office just likes to make perspective renters believe they will be well taken care of but do not be fooled by their beautifully worded responses. I was not even asked if I was okay after that incident or another incident where another friend of a resident threthen me that he would harm me. They appolized but nothing changed.Just because someone responds does not mean they implement change. Sept 2024 I recently reached out and tried to find a solution after the complex asking us to keep our animals crated for 3 days all day consecutively. I let them know that was unreasonable and cruel considering I work 9 hrs a day and commute an hour. That's abuse to leave without water, food, bathroom. I let them know and they gave me one day needed to be locked up and I let them know I can't do that for 10 hrs.i said i could leave a note . They refused to accept that there employees are most important. Ok I tried to arrange another day Friday they refused. 3 days later they came up with my original solution to leave a note on the door my animal was not crated. I let them know there need to be a better solution to these fire inspections like a 2 hr window instead of an 8. Also still smoking in building 1241 and cleaned up trash last week in the back. Empty beer cases and old food myself . Three days later wanted to update again as of June 27th . Apartment complex still has not followed through with non smoking legal contacts. They just send out emails and everyone continues to do whatever they want. Despite signing a contract. There is still a staff turnover as well. Move here because you can pick and chose which lease agreements you want to follow with bo consequences. Get an animal, have as much trash as you want , break equipment, smoke, trash balcony's and still allowed to keep contract. Updating as of May 23rd. Reported snake and the office reply was we ordered snake repellent but it has not come in yet. Have a good weekend. Did not even offer to send someone. Children live in the building. I suppose they they were in a hurry for the holiday weekend and did not have to deal with it. Updated as of April 24th same issues and no change about trash or smoking. Do not believe that this is a smoke free campus and you will need to consistently clean up trash around your place weekly if not nightly. Added pictures below. If they advertise a clean community believe they are also not telling the truth. Just wanted to update my review as if March 2024. Still the same reoccurring issues with smoking all around the building and in front of our door. Still ongoing issues with others trashing the property. Company refuses to do anything or respond about how to move forward. They only offered for me to move units or pay out my lease , which does not solve the issue of having a clean safe environment. They just want more money and just raised the rent and offer for me to pay more to move. Absolutely horrible environment to live in. I have multiple videos and photos but it would only allow me to post 2. We have lived here for almost 4 years. The environment keeps getting worse. This is human hair someone decided to leave on our door. We have also had human void, snakes, mice, trash, cigarettes, pot & clothes all over our breezeway. Trash is throw from the balcony and littered all over. The office keeps sending out warnings but does not do anything about the quality of life here. Nothing changes. Also glass keeps getting thrown in our pools and human feces. Numerous calls and emails and no one calls you back. The location of this complex is great…If you want to be completely miserable and abosultely HATE where you live. The walls are thin and you can hear everything the people are saying and doing (if you catch my drift) next door. Neighbors leaving trash outside of their doors for several days, children being left unattended/unsupervised in the breezeways and playing near residents doors. I barely escape being attacked by a neighbors dog that was not listed on their lease or cleared by the property manager and it was unleashed when this occurred; as well as people not picking up after their dogs. Residents using Walmart carts and leaving them in various locations of the property. Residents smoking illegal drugs and cigars in the breezeway, pool, and patios when we all have signed a smoking addendum that says smoking is prohibited, to which receiving a response from property management stating that marijuana is almost legal and there is not much they or law enforcement will do. Not to mention finding out there was a German cockroach infestation in my particular building that has been affecting my unit and others without notice to feeling uncomfortable due to a neighbor coming to my home several times a day clothed and unclothed banging on my door and acting erratically. This property may look nice on the outside but as others reviewed before, they tend to enforce certain rules for certain people. I am not sure if I will be renewing my lease another year as I’m sure the rules will change again as staff rotate. I do not plan to have any further discussions with staff as they do not care about the residents concerns. Tour/live here at your own discretion. This place has been a dump since Will and Dora left. Since Greystar ran it. I lived there for five years and moved back for two more years. First the pandemic the management never kept the tenants notified about anything. I had mice and the sewage backed up into my bedroom. I moved into the apartment next door, the floors were all scratched up and I said to the manager then something about it and she said I would have to move everything out. I was lucky that I took pictures because the new manager told me he was charging me because they took the records with them. I also called the previous management and they gave me the paperwork. My rent went from 1220 to the 1500. The same day put two apartments up for 1400. I am pretty sure the manager didn’t like me because I had a parking spot that he had to give me by my apartment because I am disabled. I was forced to move. I never bothered anyone except when I had mice!!

This was from the new owners or management. I lived there almost 8 years and when I moved back I was received with open arms. He charged me more than he advertised new tenants. I never bothered him. The only reason could be the handicapped spot that by law I’m entitled to by my house. One that belongs to me. The other one was always taken by someone who wasn’t handicapped.
