Complete disorganized mess. This review is about Best Buy/Geek Squad's process for handling repairs across the company, not just this specific location. I called and made an appointment for an iPhone screen repair. I showed up on time, and they told me they did not have that specific iPhone screen in stock. They then made me an appointment for the Best Buy on Capital Blvd. in Raleigh. So I attempted to call that store to confirm if they had a screen in stock, only to repeatedly get routed to their call center, who was of no help in confirming their inventory. Even though there is a store-specific phone number listed, there was no way for me to actually speak to someone at the store.
