On a recent visit, I was looking to purchase a pistol, as I spoke with the attendant and while filling out the I made mention of a question I saw on the application. To the attendant, I mentioned I noticed the question asking about my gender. In my previous purchase, I used Knightdale Pawn and noted to the attendant I thought it was a transplant question. Well according to the attendant, they let it be known they didn't approve of this question and followed up with choice words for the LGBT community. To this dude's ignorance, it's 2024 and no matter your feelings for the LGBT community would you let your feelings get in the way of selling me 2k in guns and ammo? Sounds like he needs major sensitivity training!
I would lie to add I purchased another firearm from this location on 11/04. I worked with sales attendant "DOC" and I must say Doc is the gold standard for customer service! I would like to give Doc all the kudos I can give and say thank you for the best experience ever at this location! No other stores within 50 miles had the firearm. I called the store on 3 7 24 and asked since they didn't have the firearm in the finish I ordered could they just get me the all black version that they had? They told me no because it was an online order and that I would have to cancel the order I already paid for order number 462791994 and place a new order for the all black version. So basically if I want the gun that is on sale I have to pay for 2 of them now and wait 7 to 10 days to get a refund for the one that I originally ordered. Read moreI ordered five Stanley cups for my family for Christmas. One of the Stanley cups came from a warehouse which the cup was fine. It had bubble wrap wrapped around it and it was definitely packaged correctly now for the other 4 cups, which came from the store they didn’t put any bubble wrap for the 4 cups. They didn’t even have any type of plastic around the cups. I received four damaged Stanley cups in one giant box this morning so now I have to go out my way to return all 5 cups because they were not packaged correctly. I received my box with holes as soon as I pick the box up I could tell that it wasn’t any type of wrapping around it to secure the cups from hitting one another.
