Read moreI’m not sure what’s a bigger joke, the frequent lines that move at the pace of a snail and poorly trained staff or the fact that there are literally better gas stations a quarter of the size within a mile.
Prior to this posting I stopped by here after a rather stressful day at work and after waiting 10+ minutes in a line that was pretty much a free for all, the cashier seemed more focused on how my valid ID had a small bubble in the plastic that had been there since it was issued.
After studying my ID intently, clearly puzzled by how a bubble in plastic could possibly appear, she went to her supervisor and asked if such a thing was possible, and if they could accept it even though my age and expiration date were both within their correct ranges.

That was all the money we had for gas and because of it my husband wasn't able to make it to work and lost his job, so this "mistake" they made cost us A LOT!! It's been 24 hours and I haven't received my money yet only to be told to call a number in the morning. They were not helpful, they did not act like it was a big deal so the cashier only got a slap on the hand for a major mistake. I've managed a gas station before and this was not handled correctly, they could have done something to begin with so just be aware!! I was told by the manager on duty it happens a lot... If it were my store I would have fired the ones who keep doing this since it's such a reoccurring situation. Businesses need to be held accountable for...
