52 of us stopped here on an Amtrak bus, unannounced, and with only 45 minutes to get everyone through. The three employees behind the counter were friendly, patient, competent, and quick on there feet. When we were standing in line -- winding 20 ft out the front door -- I commented to my wife that they were never going to get everyone through in time; I was as wrong as wrong gets.
