Long story short, battery gave out Austin and his other employee helped us out after hours, gave me a loaner tool and got us on our way. Remember, this was after they just barely closed. Haven't had a bad experience at an O'Reilly's until now. For as long as I can remember O'Reilly's price matches comparable items, which is why I love coming here. I called ahead and asked if they still price matched Walmart batteries and I was told yes so I came in with a printout of an in stock, group 65, 650 cold cranking amp battery that carried a 1-year free replacement warranty. The exact product that O'Reilly's was offering. The worker told me they blanket do not price match Walmart. I explained to him that whoever I called told me differently. He then said that the price of the Walmart battery was "too low". Which to me, price matching means price matching. If it's the same exact product with the same exact availability, it shouldn't matter what price is being offered by the competitor. I typically go out of my way to shop with O'Reilly's but I will now be stopping at AutoZone. If you're going to have a policy,...

Everytime I have had any car issues, Austin has always been there to provide amazing customer service and is the sole reason I even go to this store. I trust him.

He is knowledgeable and extremely helpful and I honestly think if that man hasn't been getting raises or promotions, he should be recognized by O'Reilly for his hard work and dedication and given one or both of those things.

In my opinion and from a good amount of other reviews, he is one of the best representatives for your store and company.

HUGE SHOUT OUT TO AUSTIN! Keep being awesome!

Car troubles are never fun. I was in a VERY bad situation and was close to no options and at the end of the rope. Eric and Kevin both stepped up, went beyond their call of duty and provided me options for a mobile mechanic company (Cross B Repair by Brian Bell). These guys didnt just sell me an alternator and battery at 9:30pm ... They gave me solutions that were honestly life changing.

I've never experienced a level of compassion from any retail company like this. These guys are top notch and will take GREAT CARE of you. Can't thank you...
