I have been with AT&T since they acquired Cingular when i was in the military. I tried to get a receipt today for paying off my four phones. I never had an issue with AT&T until I went into the Kuna store. The agent in there was able to access my account and view what I needed. I asked him to print it, which he refused, email it, or let me just take a picture of it. Both him and his supervisor (on the phone) refused to help me even though they were viewing what i needed to get the reimbursement for moving over to Tmobile because ATT didnt offer internet at my houses location and Tmobile did. I was upset with their refusal to print a receipt for my three thousand dollars in total phone purchases. It seemed like my only recourse was small claims court, which, upon mentioning, caused them to stop talking with me and threaten to call the cops on me. Att didn't mind taking my money, but no matter online, over the phone, or in person, I COULD NOT get them to give me a receipt for my expense. I DO plan to see them in small claims court. I also plan to move my business accounts from AT&T and let all of my family (of eleven plus the extended family) know. In fact today I talked to my oldest sister who worked for the military side of AT&T in Colorado Springs and she is moving to Patriot Mobile now. Read moreAbsolutely The Worst Customer service possible, We spoke with an ATT Loyalty department manager and was told to go back to the store that took advantage of an 80 year old lady that went into have her phone settings fixed and was sold a 1000.00 phone without even trying to help with her original phone. After speaking with ATT Direct they help with assisting us to the store. The store refused us with speaking with the manager and said Sales are final and she had agreed to the purchase . then the associate said theres nothing he will do and to go ahead a call ATT to cancel your account yourself and was no help in helping with the matter. We have had a Commercial account for over 20 years and this was a big let down...

I have been into this location now 3 times and she was there each time, and has been very consistent with her demeanor and helpfulness. Tonight (my 3rd trip in) I finally pulled the trigger on a new phone and I was that customer walking in 30min before closing. She genuinely cared that my phone was up and running 100% before I left, and did not rush me out the door even though I kept her well passed closing (much appreciated).
