Went to Dirty Dough yesterday at 8 p.m. to get cookies and I have to say I was very disappointed. I ordered 4 chocolate chip cookies. After I paid with 20% tip I was sorry I only have 2 chocolate left you will need to wait 8 minutes for the rest. Then I had to change my order to 2 chocolate chip, 2 reverse, then I was told sorry I only have 1 chocolate chip and 1 reverse. So I had to change my order again! 1 reverse, 1 cookies n creme, 1 betwix, and 1 chocolate chip. When I looked in the box I didnt even get a chocolate chip after all the chaos. I received The Reverse, cookies n creme, Betwix, and a smirk. All the cookies were hard also the reverse and cookies n creme look nothing like as advertised. If you call them to say "I have a Hazelnut allergy, don't include cookies with Hazelnut" for your delivery order, they will send you two strawberry Nutella cookies anyways. Read moreI visited Dirty Dough for the first time last week with a friend, and it completely exceeded my expectations! In my opinion, it’s much better than Crumbl, and the pricing is pretty comparable.
I love that every cookie is filled, they’re soft, moist (without being underbaked), and incredibly rich, which I really enjoyed. I tried the Parent Trap cookie, and my friend had the Apple Pie cookie. We both loved the flavors, and the service was friendly and welcoming.
