We went here and placed a sizeable order ($45) on their kiosk. After waiting about 25 minutes in the restaurant we went up and asked an oblivious, doe eyed young man if our order had been received. He clicked around on the screen, acting like he couldn’t see it- then went to the back to consult a co-worker. They both came back to the front and kind of just stood there confused. The kiosk had processed the order on my card, so I asked that they refund my card since I had already waited over 20 minutes and my order apparently hadn’t been received. The oblivious young man calls the manager over (who was equally as oblivious) to come process a refund. Turns out they have to enter the order exactly as we put it on the kiosk back into their system in order to refund. A girl with short hair and glasses came up and said that the manager would have to enter everything she said off the screen in the back. It was then that I realized they were just starting to work on our order but somehow had “gotten confused” over my simple question of whether my order had been received. Once that was clarified I told them I would keep the order especially to avoid the hassle when they were definitely under-staffed. It’s a disappointment! It took close to 40 minutes to get our food- at a “fast” food restaurant! At that rate you are better off going to Smokey Mountain and getting a beer and an appetizer while you wait! Or just stay there and eat... Overall, the girl with the glasses and short hair should be the supervisor. She seemed the most professional and knowledgeable- even over the manager! The owner of this establishment should be embarrassed and be more mindful of training and putting employees in the areas that they...
Read moreThe worst service I have ever experienced anywhere! Ordered online I called ahead they said there dinning room was open for pick-ups. Got there it was locked up at 7pm on a Friday!! . Drive through was open so I proceeded to sit in line for over a hour for them to tell me they didn't have my order and never received it but charged me for it. I asked who to contact for a refund and also to please retake my order. The manager lady (Alma) got on the com and proceeded to tell me they never received my pick up order and she didn't know how or whom I am suppose to contact...she had a attitude!!!. I understand being busy but since they had charged my card in full for the order ahead of time I was blown away by the lack of professionalism...I said ok well I will take that refund up with the corporate office and let's just move forward with my order. I was very polite not upset etc. She responded with she wasn't going to help me and that was rude and I needed to f - off and leave" . ..I have never had been so disrespected by someone in food service before I my life....I responded with " wow. Ok have a good night and I hope you lose your job for talking to people like that" I then left and filed a complaint with taco bell corpate office.... I have yet to be refunded and only recieved a automated email response back from the corporate office. I will never do busy with Taco Bell again. Not providing goods that have been paid for is THEFT....avoid this location...

To start, we've all got colds here, and no one felt like cooking. Since the grandkids are with us and asked for Taco Bell, I obliged. I went through the Kuna drive-through, and the order taker couldn't answer basic questions and screwed up the order... I asked for just meat and cheese on a soft taco and got mostly lettuce, tomato, and sour cream... My 4 year old grandson doesn't do that stuff, so I scraped it off and was left with about a teaspoon full of meat and zero cheese. Sheesh!
The rest of the food wasn't even good enough to serve my dogs. The tacos had near zero filing except lettuce, and they were stone cold and thrown together by what I can only assume was some sort of small brained primate. The Mexican pizza was just "slop in a box," like they dropped it on the ground and still decided to serve it. The cheese roll up for my granddaughter was stuck to the wrapper, like it was glued in... I had to apply considerable force to tear some of it out so she could have food.
There's a reason I haven't gone to Taco Bell in more than 20 years, and it's because the food is trash, and the employees don't seem to care about repeat business.
I swallowed my pride and ate the pizza slop, but the tacos were just trash, and that's where they ended up.
Unless there is a nuclear apocalypse, and there's no other food on the planet, DO NOT GO HERE... YOU'VE...
