Your drive up employees are not that great. Only two off hand that I can think of who are amazing, actually, but the rest, you can tell they hate their job. Tall white guy, younger guy maybe. Blond hair? He stood at my driver window today for like 3 minutes as I was expecting him to come around to the spot where it says I would like the items and I know you guys can see that information on your device. I had the code ready for him and the passenger window down for him which I know he noticed. When I finally look over at him in confusion as to why he wasn't coming and I tell him I want them in the passenger, he gets an attitude, rolls his eyes at me and then finally begins to come to the other side and pass the stuff but again, with attitude. Doesn't say anything, I work customer service and his service was awful. I didn't catch his name as he wasn't wearing his name tag but please train your employees better or hire new ones. He needs a lot of help. Also, please stop having them ask where we want our stuff when it clearly shows in the app, it defeats the whole purpose of listing where you want your items when the app asks. Just remove that feature, if that request isn't noticed or honored. I get they are shopping for us but as a someone who hates going inside and the employees aren't much better inside, it makes the whole experience of shopping and even going to drive up at Target awful and I'm debating on shopping elsewhere from now on. Not sure yet but bummer as Target is closest to my house. Can't just have a couple good employees, Target is already crashing and the employees...
Read moreUnfortunately I had a bad experience I have tried to call spoke with someone about what happened and I was ignored. I was shopping a lot there with my Husband and love Target. Always have along with my whole Family. Friends etc coworkers. Who doesn’t like it? But I went to buy something and had to use the One Womens Restroom that was open. It was very dirty and what happened was I went to use it and the toilet seat shifted cut my leg bruised and bleeding not really bad but enough that it hurt bad. I am saying this so it won’t happen to other Customers. Nobody wants to go shopping And walk out being ignored by staff when I told them. Basically they looked at me like bye! You can leave now. But yes bleeding in the bathroom and cut so I left to go home and see a dr because I could have gotten an infection from the dirtiness and I was going for Surgery and I did not want my Dr cancelling the Surgery because of an infection prior to surgery. Sorry that no one could call me back nor address this. It’s simply. If you have one bathroom for a customers keep it clean so no one like myself gets hurt. Where I work. People would be fired over something like this. It’s a safety thing. Please fix it so no one else leaves bleeding. Thank...
Read moreI came to purchase a car phone charger. I found the charger that I thought would work with my phone. Not like other customers I asked if I could open the box to make sure it would work. I let the man know that I was going to buy the charger. The gentleman named Ben said no I had to buy the charger first then I could open it and try it out. I mentioned if it did not work then I would just have to return it I was trying to eliminate that one step. Ben said no we only carry two types of chargers one for iPhones and one for Androids. So I know that one will work. I let him know that I wasn't as positive as he was that I would still like to try it letting him know that I was going to be purchasing it. He again said no. If he was so sure that it did fit, with my telling him I was going to purchase it, what difference would it make if the Box were opened or not. For all I know it may have been opened before and somebody closed it up. In my opinion he was totally unreasonable and curt. I let him know the target had just lost a customer and I will never go into a Target store again to buy anything. No matter what anybody says I will go anywhere else pay more money if I need to just to avoid Target. Sorry but that's...
