Alee Donuts — Restaurant in La Porte

I stop by here at least once a week. The people are friendly but most importantly they have the best blueberry cake donuts I have ever had. Their donuts are light but perfect (reminds me of krispy kreme which I love) the kronuts are great. My daughter swears by their sausage egg and cheese croissants. I tell everyone this is the best donut place around. Although I have never dined inside I intend to. Everything inside looks clean and there's even toys for your littles to play with while you enjoy your breakfast. There is a patio with a table outside you could sit at as well. I special ordered a few doughnuts to reveal the gender of our baby to our daughter. The owners were extremely helpful and accommodating working out exactly what I wanted. The pickup time had to change several times due to an appointment of mine that got moved around several times. They were super understanding as I communicated back and forth with them.

Not only were the doughnuts beautiful, but they were delicious! It was such a great way to surprise our daughter that she’s getting a brother! (Blue filling inside!)

I keep starting, deleting, and retyping a comment to leave for this place. Words don't justify exactly how good it is. To say it's "it's good" or "their such and such are alright" is almost offensive.

Yes, I sound like a glutton, but have you tried the Cronuts here? Or a Blueberry Old Fashioned? How about a Boudain Kolache?

If you take your kids to the Jr High or Elementary, go to this place before or after dropping them off. Or both before and after....
