Laporte Nail — Local services in La Porte

I went last year and the woman who did my nails told me that the design I wanted was "stupid." She also glued the nails crooked which I had friends ask me if I broke two of my fingers it was so bad. This year, I decided I'd give it another go. While making the appointment by phone, one woman was extremely rude. When I went in, I said I had wanted a full set. She had me down for a regular manicure. When I clarified with the person, a different person than the original woman, that I wanted a full set, the woman overheard me and rushed over. She told me "I asked you and you said it wrong. " and then continued to mock me and I offered to simply pay for the manicure and leave and she said "no you're just goin to have to wait now since you messed up." I am polite and I never raised my voice or got an attitude. I can promise you I will NEVER go back. Worst experience I have ever had while paying for services...

I took my daughter there for a daughters day out and got the older guy w yellow dyed hair. First of all he was extremely rude, on his phone, and really mean to my daughter. He removed to much of her natural nail so her fingers were in terrible pain, he was in such a hurry he cut all her french tips at noticeably different lengths then when he put the acrylic on it didn't cover all her natural nails then when he took the dremel to smooth them he chipped over half of the French tips and cut her finger. Then the clear top coat had blue in it from another customers nails so it left blue streaks n her nails. And within a half hr the French tips turned yellow. So I called 3 times before any one answered and had to go back in just for them to say they were not gonna fix anything or give me the money back......

My two daughters and I went for a spa day, with gift certificates we received as Christmas presents. I have been to this salon many times before, and was always pleased with the experience. However, this time, not so much! I had a no chip, and a pedi, my older daughter had an acrylic fill, younger daughter pedi and mani. My nails chipped 1 day after, which is the whole reason I got a no chip! 2 have broken since then... My older daughters nail polish was peeling off her nails on the edges within a few days as well. The only thing that was great about my experience was the pedi, it was fantastic! I don't think I will be returning to this salon anytime soon. If I spend over $100 on services, I have an expectation that it last more...
