As soon as I stepped through the doors, Hugo noticed I looked a little unsure of where to start. With a genuine smile and a spark of energy that could light up the entire store, he approached me and asked if I needed help finding anything. I didnāt even realize how much I needed assistance until he started effortlessly guiding me through the aisles, making recommendations that were spot-on. Whether it was home decor, shoes, or clothing, Hugo knew exactly where everything was and answered every question with a level of enthusiasm and knowledge that made me feel like I was getting VIP treatment.
What truly amazed me was his attention to detail, he didnāt just help me shop, he helped me feel good about what I was choosing. He offered styling tips with tact and humor, and even double-checked inventory in the back without being asked. Who does that these days?

He didn't just show me one, he pulled out a few, explained the different materials, the warmth, the whole nine yards. He even found one with pockets big enough for my phone and a little snack, which, believe me, is important.

Considering this is a new location that's only been open for a month that's surprising to me. I knew I should have gone to another one. The cashier didn't speak. There was a line and only ONE cashier moving slow. Already dirty. Overstuffed racks. The only positive thing I can say about this location is the LP associate SHAWNA.... She was bright and bubbly from the moment I walked in. She created everyone equally and with amazing energy!!! She thanked everyone on their way out in the same fashion!!!! Do better...
