I broke the screen on my Galaxy S22 Ultra. I don't have the money to upgrade and I want my phone repaired right and I found this shop on google maps with a 4.9 stars. The price was only $90 dollars higher than if I bought my parts myself (your price will vary). I consider that a reasonable price for the time and effort they put into the work. They even offered to use third-party parts if I needed it cheaper, but I chose to go with OEM parts. It only took them 1 business day to turn around my phone repaired and I can't even tell it was worked on! My phone has a Dbrand vinyl sticker on the back and I expected it to be destroyed/removed during dissassembly of the phone but I was pleasantly surprised when it was still in place and undisturbed. When my phone displayed a 'SIM card failure' message, I was certain the SIM card was at fault. Jenny, with her integrity, listened to my concern, cleaned my phone, including the SIM card and the slot, and my phone was back to normal. The issue was not as severe as I had anticipated. She did not take advantage of me and did not charge me a penny for her service, which I would have been more than happy to pay for. I had a bad experience with this place. Came back with my phone slightly blackend in a corner and my charging port not working with any chargers. The owner contacted me however and fix my phone for free! I was very thankful and now it works fine. He even came to my house and dropped off my phone.
