Kohl's — Local services in Lacey Township

I Enter this this store on the 22 of June Around 1:30pm when I started to look around for battery packs and backpack with Velcro I had U.S Army patches which I earned my backpack was falling apart when a lady who had a red vest approached me while I was in the electronic section and backpacks I explained what I was looking for and she started getting other people at this point the lady had escorted me to the front I felt uncomfortable when she involved other I worked for Walmart API I had multiple apprehension and caught people well over 1,000 of theft what this lady was doing was targeting me for wearing a pack bag which I had my work clothes.

I want to also point out that when we got to the front of the store the lady with the red vest was getting to close to me and was showing everyone in a making fun way of my patches in my backpack. I understand with covid that the employees have more responsibility due to the cleaning that needs to be done. I also understand that stores are losing money during this time. However, it's such an inconvenience that the fitting rooms are still closed. Theres not to many people I dont think that want to buy items, bring them home, try it on, just to have to go back and return them. Not to mention once returned now you can either look for that other outfit you may have wanted but couldnt afford to purchase everything, and that's even if they still have it or have in your size. The second option would be to just return it and leave otherwise you may be stuck going through this exact scenario all over again. If a store is concerned about losing money I would think it would benefit them to hire 1 or 2 people just to keep the fitting rooms clean. Paying a person to be there has got to cost less than the products people would purchase if they could try it first,...

I normally would five 5 stars as i LOVE Kohls but today they only deserve 3!!! Upon My last visit the cashier was anything but friendly! My mother was having a hard time physically this particular day & was a bit slow. The lady at the register was not too happy about her pace and seemed frustrated to move on. She kepted looking at the line then us over & over. I did say excuse us she was still recouping from an illness and received nothing from her but a stare. Thankfully my mother didn't notice because of her current state however, I did as well as the entire line behind us! Very upsetting! Fortunately this isn't my experience every time I visit this store & hopefully I don't ever have to deal with the same...
