This location is a train wreck. I have been here at least TEN times and I have never, ever, gotten an order correct the first time.
I’m literally in the parking lot writing this review now. So, tonight when I was here, I asked for four soft tacos and got three. I asked for no cheese on soft tacos and got cheese.
I got the order right, so I thought because I was supposed to have four and only got three. Finally, it all got worked out. The people behind the counter joke around and are really crappy with the customers. I would go to the other local location, but that place is only a little bit better than this. I’m better off just making them at home.
I mean, it’s Taco Bell, it is what it is with the food. But the customer service sucks at this location. If they would get the orders right the first time, they wouldn’t have to keep remaking it and get upset with the customer about it. Oh, and also after they had to remake my orders, they threw the bags on the counter like I owed them something. Like I said, this is like the 10th time I’ve been to Taco Bell where they screwed the order up. Now only this one but other Taco Bell‘s as well. If workers are that miserable working at Taco Bell they probably should get a job in something other than customer service.
Lastly, to the management, do not bother writing me back. Just fix...
Read moreFood dispersed in a friendly & time efficient fashion.the only negative attribute that lacks fine polish is the ascending prices of simplistic, basic soft & hard tacos reaching near ($2.00) per taco.i decline to state the obvious fact that they retrospectively posted prices couple years back at ($1.25) with tax and now their signature emblem has slightly tarnished the Americanized version of southern hispanic traditions. Read moreTerrible. Didn't get what I asked for and live 20 min away... I shouldn't have to check my bags before I drive away from the drive-thru window. And I could tell the tacos sat in a warmer. They were soggy and the paper wrap was tearing as I opened them.... I was starving, just got done work, 11 pm and that's what I get! And not to mention this is my second review on this place because a manager didn't even contact me via reply. It's a disgrace. I'm not looking for anything for free, that's weird, but I did spend the money I make from the job I don't mess up on. All my guests are happy when they leave which makes a world of difference since I'm serving them drinks and I'm the one greeting and I'm the last one they see before leaving which I am setting an example for the name I work for.... So if you don't give a rat about people then taco bell is where it's at apparently.. Thanks guys!!!!!!!! Wish I was writing a review that was acknowledging you instead of complaining about you.
