Why do I pay 64 cents more at this location than I do in Freehold for the same exact thing? I basically live off of Chipotle and I work in Freehold and I live here in Forked river so I'm at both locations almost everyday day so that 64 cents adds up after a while it's not just one time it adds up! I know I should download the app and collect rewards but I didn't but regardless to charge more for the same exact thing at different locations never mind yous talking about raising prices but to not charge the same and every single time i come to this location the pork carnitas is always empty i gotta get scraps the bottom of the barrel!! I know yous are going to respond by saying contact us phone number or whatever reading previous reviews but honestly there's no reason to reach out to me yous should take this review right to corporate and show them and fix your prices immediately before you decide to raise the prices even more and just fix the pork problem!    Read moreI stopped in at 11:45 on the way home from the hospital with my son waiting in the car after a major surgery. His only request was chipotle. So not one customer in the store at the time, 6 employees. I went up to the counter to order one plain Quesadilla. I was told no, sorry. You have to order through the app. I looked around at the empty store and explained that my son just got out of the hospital and was in the car and that I didnât have the app. Nope, didnât matter so I sat down loaded the app while in that time one other customer had come in. Got the app downloaded and the app wasnât working. Two employees trying to get the app to work and 20 mins later the âmanagerâ said it was ok to make the Quesadilla. I have never in my life witnessed such stupidity. 6 employees, no customers and had to jump through hoops to order 1 plain Quesadilla. Meanwhile I could have ordered 6 bowls no app needed! My god we are all screwed if this generation isnât capable of making a judgement call instead of blindly following a stupid rule. Only to end up having to make it anyway because the app was down. Holy Guacamole! Not good management....
   Read moreI am extremely disappointed and appalled by the subpar service I experienced at the Chipotle location in Forked River. As a long-time regular, I have never encountered such unacceptable treatment at any other Chipotle location.
My recent visit was marred by inadequate food portions, with an excessive amount of uncooked rice and a paltry serving of brisket meat. When I requested additional meat, I was informed that I would need to pay double.
To my astonishment, the server initially added more meat to my bowl, only to remove it when I turned away. This experience was not isolated, as my group of six was uniformly dissatisfied with the service and portion sizes.
The Chipotle location in Forked River has lost not only our business but also the potential patronage of our associates and friends. Rather than inviting dissatisfied customers to contact customer service, I suggest focusing on improving the training and accountability of staff members to prevent such incidents...
