I called to ask about Dairy Free and Gluten Free items in the facility…. To which, after speaking to a younger female who wasn’t knowledgeable about it, I asked to speak to owner and she laughed about the dietary needs of our group. I called because I heard that it could be an option to have DF ice cream, I decided to call beforehand and get more information about how they handle this and what their practices are. Ultimately, I let the owner know that I found her laughing rude and she stated she could NOT guarantee cross contact, meaning that this shared facility is not yet fully knowledgeable about safety concerns with these topics and/or wasn’t able to safely accommodate food allergies. It’s worth stating that this facility is NOT Celiac safe, there is cross contact. Instead we made the drive to Frankie & Jo’s in Seattle- worth the drive and our safety and they’ve been knowledgeable and respectful about health concerns....

Wonderful place. Nice selection of flavors and every one we had was great. Many nice extra touches made it even more appreciated. If you eat there, you get a real bowl and utensils. Not only much nicer than the usual plastic and cardboard stuff but so much better environmentally. Also there was a large second room with multiple tables and a selection of board games as well as a well-laid-out children's area complete with toys. The unisex bathroom had a nice wood changing table with a number of relevant supplies. Just all around family friendly and welcoming. The person working, maybe the owner, was friendly and engaging without being intrusive, just adding to our great experience. We will certainly go back the next time we are...

We stopped in for ice cream the other day! I got a single scoop of M&M and my kids got a kids scoop of vanilla and mint chip. I was pleasantly surprised to hear that you get a free kids scoop on your first visit! They also offer a military discount on other visits! The M&M has crushed M&Ms mixed in and tastes fantastic. I heard the woman behind the counter saying that the bubble gum flavor has actual pieces of bubble gum in it! Both women working were super sweet and welcoming. There is a big play area in the back for the kids to enjoy and lots of board games for families to choose and play. My kids wanted to stay and play for a good 45 minutes after eating their ice cream. Great place to grab a treat and let the kids burn...
