Not a good experience, went to store to pick up my order, ordered 2 lamps and a painting, was told all 3 at store for pickup When I got to store only 1 lamp and painting even though i was charge for both lamps was told to call the 800 # which i did and was told it will take another 10 days before it shipped to store I asked if it could be shipped to my Home and was told no, so now i have to wait 10 more days even though they have my money already. Something is just not right with this, no customer consideration, their error and they are not willing to expedite my shipping but are willing to hold the money I already paid for something i didnt recieve yet. The Ocala store is twice the size of the one in Lady Lake. Also, the customer service was so much better. We are building a log home in Wildwood, and I plan on spending lots of money there to decorate the inside. Lady Lake employee didn't seem to care or try to find another store that carried the highland cow print that I wanted.
