I really hate to leave this review, I love Chick Fila A, but my kids were most disappointed that there wasn't a play place.
It seems like there used to be, we just moved to the area and I saw pictures of a play place and saw reviews where people talked about it. I guess Chick-fil-A removed that at some point.
That was a bad decision, in my humble opinion. It's kind of the whole reason I drove 45 minutes to your location and I had in mind to frequent your business weekly specifically for the play place.
Yours was the only restaurant where I was going to be able to find a decent free Wi-Fi signal, good high protein food for kids, a restaurant with Christian values, and a place for my kids to play with other kids while I get some work done.
I've seen in a response to another review about this missing play place that Chick-fil-A still plans on having events, but I got to tell you, I don't really care about your events. I mean that's cool that you do that and that you're still going to do that, but the play place made Chick-fil-A a viable "on demand" option.
Absent the play place, I have to find a new place that's going to work for our purposes. I'm actually really disappointed, if I reviewed with my emotions, I'd leave a one-star review over it. However, the food is good, the staff is friendly, the only thing missing is the play place. Y'all were the only one that had one in the area. That was so valuable to people and I think you should bring it back for the sake of service.
In fact, I don't normally leave reviews at all. The only reason I'm leaving this one is because as I type, my kids want to go somewhere to play, I want to get them lunch, I need to get some work done and so I've been looking for a Chick-fil-A or some other restaurant that has a play place and also Wi-Fi and I'm not finding anything nearby. Y'all were it.
To paraphrase Star Wars, "You were the chosen one! You were supposed to defeat the anti-kid restaurants,...
Read moreI live about half an hour from cfa so I don’t get it often. I had a free reward on the app and mobile ordered free nuggets so my total was 6$. When I made it to the drive thru I forgot to add sauces online so I nicley asked the girl to add some to my order and she said I was all good and I drove on up. On my way up to the window I was charged double almost so I realized rhat I was charged for the nuggets. I normally mobile order so i know how to add the rewards and even saw it taken off my bill when it was placed. I thkught it was no big deal and they could fix it at the window. When I got to the window and explained she looked at me like I was crazy and told me I must have ordered it wrong. I explained I usually do this and even saw the promo added so it must of just been a mixup when I added sauces at the ordering station. She then proceeded to get a manager involved who also told me that I did it wrong. I justified myself again and said look it’s no big issue can u just either promo it off now or give me a refund. She rolled her eyes and acted as if I was spoiled and asking for the world. She then looked at me and told me to place the order again. Confused I asked if I was refunded and she shook the receipt in my face saying it’s done. I smiled and just said thank you and placed the order again. I was handed my food and then noticed I was missing the sauces. Already feeling like I had annoyed them I again just kindly asked for sauces and she looked at me like I was crazy and said they weren’t added next time make sure you actually order them. I was appalled by how I was spoken to like that especially since I had added them at the window and even told them multiple times I had. I expect to be treated better from Chick-fil-A employees and will definitely be going to a different location on...

By far the worst chick fil an experience I have ever had. The store was out of soda entirely to start off our visit. I ordered the grilled chicken club and the cashier accidentally rung it up wrong. After sitting down I noticed the honest mistake and brought it up to the counter. I offered to pay for the bacon and the cheese to make the order a club. The waitress said that’s fine they would just fix it because it was their mistake. I sit down with my friends who had already picked up their food and 10 minutes passed before an employee came out and told me the only options are for them to remake the sandwich or bring me the toppings in a bowl. I told her that I had not received any food, so I asked if they could put the toppings on the sandwich because I had not gotten anything yet. She said she would go back to ask, another 10 minutes pass and no one came out yet. I go up to the counter again to ask for an update and they said they are working on it. I go back to the table to sit down and a female manager comes to the table to say I haven’t paid the for cheese and bacon so they needed payment to bring it to me. Which I had already offered to do multiple times. They ask for the $2.00, which i immediately give them so I can hopefully get my order. They come back with my regular grilled chicken sandwich without the bacon and the cheese that they had me pay separately for. I walk up to the counter a third time to ask for the cheese and bacon only to be told again they are working on it. I spent over 30 minutes waiting on my food and the staff was not easy to work. As a former chick fil a team member this location is no where near chick fil a standards for...
