The District — Local services in Lafayette

So many great small businesses within the District, especially one of the very best bakeries, Button Rock Bakery & Kenny Lou's Deli! They have gluten free, vegan and some dairy free options. The gluten free products are awesome! Their deli menu offers over 35 hot and cold sandwiches, soups and they have fresh sushi with executive chefs too! This place is great! Sit out in the comfort of the District with comfy chairs or tables and chairs. The Front Range brewery is awesome, a must go to gem! Did you know the parking lot is home to a Drum Box? Super cool! No need to have your drummer entertain the neighbors, stop into the Drum Box...great business idea there! Stop by and enjoy coffee ,donuts, an excellent bakery and deli and grab a beer...

The district is a unkind place to select patrons. The other day I was there and the Lafayette police responded there to run off a couple of alleged "marginal" people. They were there enjoying coffee and donuts purchased from the restaurant there and I observed them after 30 minutes being asked to leave. Fascist racist place especially since more acceptable people ie white women on computer could be there for hours with no purchases or service from the establishments and not asked to leave. The outside temperature was 19°f... Not going...

Great spot with some nice food and coffee options. Love the atmosphere of the main area. Always a variety of people there for a variety of reasons. Feels safe and clean. Good public bathrooms, number of seating options (sometimes can be busy and hard to find seats - mainly on colder days when everyone is inside. There is outside and inside seating.
