Sara was absolutely amazing, 5 star service! My account is maxed out with 10 phone lines, with most of them on the edge program. Sara spent somewhere between 2-3 hours with me the first day ultimately trying to figure out a way to get me an upgrade and added line. I was financially tapped for the bill to account options. At this point I was bummed thinking I wasted her time and maybe sales that potentially walked through the door while she helped me until all options were exhausted.
I told Sara that I would be back once I got a grasp on my account, she took my info, and even after all the wasted time, she thanked me for coming into Cellular plus and being a Verizon customer!
I knew I would bring my business to her again because of her willingness to help, and never made me feel like I wasted her time.
Around 3 days, and 2 phone buyouts later, I strolled back in looking for my Verizon angel, she greeted me across the room recognizing me right away. I walked over exchanged hellos, expressed to her I bet she had thought that she would never see me again after the other night, and she pointed out on her computer screen a post it note with my info and was going to follow up with me if I had not stopped in.
Talk about a rep being dedicated to her customer, never has any rep remembered me even the day after a sale, but she did and she to this point dI'd not have any sale from me.
Bottom line very impressed with the patience and respect I was shown by Sara, and would recommend. Her as a rep to all my friends and family in need, knowing she will go to the four corners to get all of us what we think we need. I read reviews about this Verizon location versus the Verizon location five minutes from my home. Needless to say the closer location had terrible reviews so I drove to this specific Lafayette store and met Dylan. I told Dylan I wanted to upgrade my phone and review my current plan, because I wasnāt using my current plan to its fullest capability. I also let Dylan know that I am not the most tech savvy person, and he answered every question I had. Dylan was incredibly patient, asked clarifying questions to ensure he understood exactly what I needed and delivered beyond expectations!
It was Christmas Eve and shortly after I arrived a number of customers arrived at the store. Dylan did not make me feel rushed at all. He helped me secure a new plan that fits my needs, discussed accessories with me and many different options. He also clearly explained all of the charges I would receive, and ensured I did not have additional questions before signing on the dotted line. And an unexpected bonus were the free Apple Watch and iPad I received (Iāve never owned either of these devices so it was a nice perk!) Dylan could not have made this transaction easier or more pleasant. Customer service is very important to me and driving a few extra miles out of my way to this location and working with Dylan was worth every minute and every penny. Update: The employees are talking with their current customers about which celebrities who have died in plane crashes and everyone waiting behind us left. #LosingCustomers.
Update: Been waiting 75 mins now and customers being helped when I walked in still havenāt finished. Thereās a poor 80 year old woman who has been here longer than us.
Update: I just told a new customer that weāve been waiting almost 90 mins with no movement. He thanked me and left. #AnotherCustomerLeft
Update: We just sat down. 5 customers bailed. One rep is still with the same customer after an hour and a half. No awareness at all of other customers⦠constant casual conversation.
Update: The 80 year old woman said she was here 30 mins before us. That means it took the rep with glasses almost 2 hours to deal with a single customer to upgrade a phone. I used to sell cell phones in the late 90ās. It took me on average 20 mins sell and activate a phone. This is absurd.
Update: Kid with glasses has no customers. An elderly woman just walked in and he had the audacity to tell her to wait. Didnāt even invite her to take a seat at his desk.
