Short story: Rude Workers and worst experience of my lifetime. Made me cry on my little girl's birthday.

Long story: The WORST experience EVER! They pretty much made me CRY on my little girl's birthday. My five year old wanted a locket for her birthday. I tried everywhere and this was the only place that PROMISED they can order my locket within two weeks before her party. I made it very clear that I do not want to place an order if they will not have it in before her birthday. They PROMISED it will be in at least two days before her birthday so I placed a down payment. Two days before her birthday party, I called to check on my locket. We'll they told me they are not sure and started ignoring my phone calls ALL DAY! I literally called them 20x plus. So I decided to show up and they finally told me that my locket would not be ready for another 2 weeks. Long story short, my little girl did not get her locket for the party. Two weeks came and I decided to give this place another chance since we both really liked the locket. Upon my arrival, I waited for 15 minutes while the co-workers chat about football to another costumer. So I finally decided to ask for some help. One of the guy gave me a dirty look and rudely responded, "Can't you tell I am with another costumer?" At that moment I had enough of this unprofessional place. I had the best experience at Intrigue Jewelers while creating a custom diamond pendant that I had been dreaming about for years. From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed. Like I wasn’t just a customer, but part of the family. Ali and Ms. Ann were absolutely incredible. They were so patient, kind, and truly listened to what I wanted. I showed them a few inspiration photos and shared the story behind why this was so special to me, and they brought it to life in a way that honestly left me speechless.

The pendant is everything I hoped for, it’s elegant and the way the diamonds sparkle is unreal. But what stood out even more was the genuine care they showed throughout the entire process. They kept me updated, answered all my questions, and celebrated with me when I saw the final piece. You can really feel that everyone at Intrigue Jewelers loves what they do and treats each person who walks through the door with warmth and respect.

This is the absolute best jewelry store that I have ever been to in my entire lifetime. These guys are not only awesome and knowledgeable about their jewelry but the experience that I had during my visit was incredible. They were so friendly and courteous. Igave them a hard time and still received excellent service. My only regret is that I could only give them 5 stars. I would have given them 10 stars if I had the option. I’m absolutely going back and I highly recommend this place to any and everyone looking to purchase new jewelry. Their designs are top notch.
