Great experience! I have been on a mission to find that perfect mattress. This venture has taken me to many places over the past few months where I learned that most people selling mattresses don’t know their products very well. One example you can try is to ask a mattress sales person the difference between a split king and a divided king and see how many can give you the correct answer. All of that said, I found the perfect adjustable base made by a company called Malouf. I researched the company and their base and made the decision to buy their adjustable base before I found that perfect mattress. I had to call Malouf to find out where I could buy their base and was given the name of Watts Furniture in LaGrange, Ga. I went to LaGrange last week and met Ryan Watts at Watts Furniture. Ryan turned out to be the most knowledgeable mattress salesman I had met thus far on my mission. After Ryan learned what I needed in a mattress to fit on the perfect adjustable base, he showed me several brands in his store. Ryan carries the complete Malouf line and that was the first time I had seen a Malouf mattress. It was at that point that I knew my mission was almost complete due to the quality of the Malouf mattress. Not only did I find the perfect adjustable base and mattress made by Malouf, I also found the perfect person and Company to buy it from. Watts Furniture has been in business many years and was founded two generations before Ryan. I’ve learned that service is one of the most important pieces of the puzzle to help me determine who I buy from. If a company has been in business as long as Watts Furniture then they would have to have quality service to have prospered that long. Ryan has made my experience of buying a base and mattress the most enjoyable experience I could have ever asked for. Not only does Ryan know his products but he knows how to treat people and thus far his company service has been second to none. This is the best place to shop for furniture. My husband & I received very patient assistance of the owner, & I emphasize “patient “. We spent almost an entire morning selecting furniture style & fabric choices & Ryan & one of his employees were so helpful. Our new sofa & chair were delivered today & it’s exactly what I wanted & it’s perfect. We ordered before the covid-19 shutdowns & due to this being a customized order, it was finished before re-opening. Watts Furniture was fine with holding it until conditions were okay for delivery. Their delivery guys came today & they were great. Both put on masks, gloves, & covers over their shoes taking all precautions to protect my husband and I and this was much appreciated. The sofa & chair is exactly what I wanted. The style is excellent and the fabric choice that took so much of their time is perfect. A big thank you to Ryan & all the Watts’ employees. I highly recommend this hometown furniture store....

Customer service and customer care like it used to be!

We ordered two custom Lazy Boy recliners and they showed up after 6-8 weeks as promised. I picked them up in the boxes and took them home. Turned out erroneously to be the right color but wrong models and not very comfortable.

Went down to the store next morning and Billy worked with us to swap the wrong ones with two of the model we actually wanted that they had in stock. He also made us a great deal on a couch and coffee table to match the new recliners. He even arranged to deliver all the furniture and pick up the two incorrect recliners the same day. Could not be more pleased with the experience.

It is clear to me why this business has survived...
