Attempted to support this hometown small business. Never again. You're expected to spend hundreds of dollars ($375)to have a quality jacket made( I could have just used Herff Jones) and not question the craftsmanship of it because "they've made plenty of jackets" and even when you attempt to let the business fix their mistakes you're told that your just trying to find anything wrong with the work. Even when it's not what you originally agreed upon and no follow-up was done before the design was changed and patches were sewn down. Had I originally been told that it couldn't be done to my expectations, I would have taken my business elsewhere because you all knew you could only sew one patch on the sleeve before you agreed to do the work and took payment. NOBODY in the history of EVER sews patches at the top of a jacket on the backside. That's where the name goes. You all just did what you wanted to do and expected me to not say anything about it. I was in no hurry to have that jacket back but you all rushed thru it to get that money. I'm sure I know what a quality jacket looks like seeing that I have one that's 23 years old and still in great condition. You all need to treat your customers who spend their hard earned money in there...

Then they could do it, but not the orange. The young guy apologized and said he had got something mixed up and they could do it, but with another color. He gave me the their email…armystoresports@hotmail.com, I sent the picture, the young man took me to the register, a red head or maybe it was orange, just looks at me, she finally say we can do it. I’m thinking she is about to ring me up, so I can purchase the shirt. Then, she say when do you need it, I replied today. She responded No! The correct way to have responded to my answer, would have been we need a day or two. I’m use to having a shirt done same day (may take 2/3 hour) especially 1 shirt.Good customer service is having good manners. There were 3 other employees there, that was very friendly and seem as sales really meant a lot to them. But I will never take my buisness in there again, if she’s there....
