AMĒNAH — Local services in Laguna Beach

This experience was so long ago, (March 21, 2023) maybe the person working there was having a bad day. I have not been able to stop thinking about it, seeing that the pieces I bought from this store are now tarnishing. My partner and I walked into the store and were not greeted. Which is fine. When the person working came out of wherever she was, she didn’t ask if we needed help and just let us shop around. When I brought up necklaces to the counter I had a specific question of what king of pearls the necklaces had, because of the price point and the appearance (also I don’t know every variation of fake pearl). Her answer was extremely snarky and sharp. I then asked if her jewelry was gold plated, she stated yes. It is now December, pieces of gold plated jewelry that I have bought from other stores, at lower price points have lasted significantly longer than these $80+ pieces that were sold to me at AMENAH. I visited Laguna Beach over the Thanksgiving holiday and stumbled into Amenah. I was floored with the beautiful clothing options not available in my home state of FL. I left with a stylish camel colored sweater and a champagne colored camisole. I must admit, I was very impressed with the kindness and helpfulness provided by their team on a busy holiday weekend. Loved my camisole so much I placed and on line order for a matching top in black when I returned home. Not only did the order arrive quickly - without requesting I received a gift wrapped package and a personalized note from Amelia and Hannah. You go ladies! I will return to Amenah and continue to shop on line until I visit beautiful Laguna Beach again. These ladies have AMAZING style that you feel the minute you see the storefront from PCH. Each clothing item they carry feels as if it is in perfect harmony between timelessness and tasteful trendiness. Hannah and Amelia have both been so helpful in assisting me in finding the perfect outfit or curating the perfect housewarming gift.
