We’ve moved up and down the coast of California in the last 12 years because of my husbands career. Chris Robertson was absolutely exceptional to work with! We met Chris a few years ago when we relocated from the I.E. back to my hometown, Mission Viejo, and he made the transition so much less stressful in helping us find a home. Chris did such a fabulous job showing us spaces that were in the spectrum of what we wanted but also gave us interesting options between them. He has incredible insight about the current market and speaks from deep experience. Best of all, he was able to get a good pulse on what we wanted throughout the process and delivered. Professionalism is a given but to clarify what this means: in-depth knowledge of the area, quality listings, quick and clear communications and always gave us the right amount of time to think. We bought our home way below asking price!

This is my second time working with Chris, the first time he dealt with my ex-wife who was quite the unmotivated seller. Chris worked through dealing with all of her shenanigans & made the deal happen. The second time around was a lot smoother, as we were motivated. Chris listed our house and it sold within a few days, then he brokered the deal for our new home. Everything was goin smoothly until the buyers of our home, their lender QUICKEN, dropped the ball and didn’t get the loan docs done on time. After a week past closing date there was no word on when QUICKEN would be done with the loan docs. Chris was able to contact someone at QUICKEN and get the ball moving. So finally were able to move into our new home a week after the original closing date. If it wasn’t for Chris demanding quicken get the docs done there’s no telling how long it would’ve took them.
