Josh, THANK YOU!!! When I first me Josh a couple of years ago I connected with him effortlessly. When I decided to sell my Aliso Viejo home, it was a no-brainer to approach Josh and see if he'd be willing to represent me. I always watch the market, when I was renovating & decorating my place over the past 7 years, I did things right, knowing when I reached a point where I'd wanted to sell, I had an idea about the buyer that I wanted to attract. What I needed and appreciated was the second set of eyes, from a realtor/friend, who was accustomed to touring many properties, and I asked him for candid feedback prior to listing. He guided me through a couple of large projects, and how to stage my place, which are two areas where I needed a nudge. I completed the projects within 5 days, we went on the market within 7 days of our 1st discussion (on a Friday), and accepted an offer on Sunday. SEAMLESS. Josh works with SOLID partners, and the photographer he'd brought in was amazing. The property showed well in person, and the online/MLS/Listing was breathtaking. I don’t normally post reviews, but after working with Joshua I felt inclined to share my experience. First of all, real estate is a commodity and “realtors” are nothing but “salesmen”. I have bought several homes over the years and have used many different realtors, I will ONLY use Joshua from now on. From the minute I met Joshua I NEVER felt pressured or like I was some “sales quota”. Genuine Customer Service is the best three words I can use to describe him. Working with Joshua was easy and fun. Oftentimes we would find ourselves lost in conversation, he’s very easy to talk to and isn’t conceited like most Orange County Realtors I’ve had experience with. He was able to answer most of my questions and if he didn’t know the answer he wrote it down and got back to me before the end of the day!! Wish I would’ve found him sooner. After my 100-year-old mother died, we were left with a decision to make regarding our family home for 50 plus years. Josh Schroeder met with us during this very difficult time, and gently guided us along.
