I will agree with the shipping issue . ordered 5-15 paid the extra $5 for faster shipping. received on 6-6. funny they are advertising fathers day. NO way anyone is getting that in 7 days from now. you pay for your item you then will get a 30% coupon if you add something right away but in checkout, code won't work. 1st star, I emailed the company, they did give me a code for the same discount. after I got the next item with the company code after paying, got the same code 30%off. yep same issue . code won't work. 2nd star is for the tumbler was printed in good quality. 3rd star, wife is happy. the glass looking mug is better in the picture, hard to see in real life. its ok . So, If you don't mind waiting a month for your items. you could give it a try. maybe other complaints with printing are uploaded photos. not sure though. 1 last complaint to the company. I ( maybe customers ) don't need 20 emails everyday that the item is coming. not necessary . then at the very end when the item supposed to be here , after the 15 emails it was in transit for 3 weeks then got one email it was...

We ordered two custom hats for our son and daughter-in-law pet parents. Customizing was incredibly easy, prices are fair and service was excellent. Continual updates on progress and shipping was provided and the caps arrived well before the estimated arrival date. Very good quality caps, however my only criticism would be that I expected the stock customization to be embroidered rather than “iron-on decals”. Somewhat takes away from the look, however all in all a good purchase and am pleased. They are a gift so hopefully our son and DIL...

If I would have just read the reviews and done a little more research I would have found out that this "company" is out of China. Mistakes were made and will not shop or order from them again. Still have not got my order from them. Again should have researched it a little more and I would have figured it out. 1start is a stretch to say the least. Google wont let me put what I really want to, this is the boarder line false advertisement especially when you see where there US office is at. Not a store at all just a mailbox...
