E-Cig Vault — Local services in Aliso Viejo

This is hands down my favorite vape shop that I have been to. The service is always amazing. If I ever happen to have any questions it is very easy to give them a call or stop in. Even when I have purchased other goods at another store and they weren't the most knowledgeable I have always been able to go to E-cig Vault and get the right advice and hands on help to make my vaping experience easy and head-ache free. After going to these guys I simply cannot go anywhere else. The staff is extremely professional and friendly, they arent trying to sell you on the flavor of the week to get you out of the door quickly. They are the first and only shop I have gone to, where the employee will actually take time to answer questions about devices and not just stare at you like you should know what you are doing. For the experienced vape enthusiast or first time buyer I cannot reccomend the service and friendlyness...

I just went to Ecig Vault for my first tine and was thoroughly impressed with the kind,knowledgeable, and outgoing staff. I was amazed with the stores beautiful art work, the stores comfortable and and modern looking stools by their flavor testing "bar" area. I am somewhat new to electronic cigarettes and the way they work but when I left their store I sure felt educated and aware of how to use my brand new Ecig. I met the store owner who is a young man named Garret who was very patient and courteous while demonstrating how to fill my cigarette, charge it and use various modes and exit out of modes. From now on there is no doubt in my mind as to where I'll be going to get accessories and juice for my Ecig...

I have the Orion DNA and have been buying the mesh pods from here for months. They barely ever work, and this place used to be good about giving me a new one when I'd bring them one that I'd bought, taken home, and found out they wouldn't fire or would barely hit. However, I went in yesterday with the same problem and the guy refused to replace the bum pod I had. I bought a new one then he told me "yeah those ones [that i've been buying here for months] is a Chinese aftermarket one. They don't always work." Better business practice would be to replace the faulty product...
