My two children, aged 8 and 10, have been attending Mission Renaissance for a considerable length of time and they thoroughly enjoy it. I signed my wife up for drawing classes. In her first class the instructor was inattentive and was not positive in the feedback he gave her. We requested to be reimbursed for the future lessons we paid for which was permitted by there policy. After two weeks of multiple messages not being returned and not receiving the promised reimbursement by Erica in Finance we spoke to "Boz". Boz was equally unhelpful and unprofessional on the phone.
