My husband and I visited 11/15/25. Usually it is the most pleasant experience but today I was harassed at one of my favorite stores. We walk in, look around like usual and head over to the bulk tables. There was a lady there sitting going through multiple bins at one time and I politely ask her what she’s looking through, she points to the 3 bins in front of her and I continue looking at other stuff. I noticed there was a bin underneath the table so I pick through that. She stands up and I ask her if there’s an issue which she replies no, so I continue and not even 2 minutes after she comes up to me with an empty bin and scoops more than half the contents out. I let her be because I’m not one to start issues and she comes back again a couple mins later with another bin so I asked her “can you please let me look in peace?” She says nothing and proceeds to push me out of the way, hit me with the bin, and put her hands on me. I say “get your hands off of me unless you want things to get serious” and she continues to push, at this point obviously I back up and she’s greedily scooping up the rest of the bin. I look to the store owner to de-escalate the situation and she said “they were here first”. They advertise a “family-friendly business” but they actively stand up for and protect bullies. We’ve been to many other bricks&mini fig locations in socal and have never been treated as badly by customers, especially by the owners. We have visited this store many times in the past and spent lots of money here. My husband and I left because we refuse to patron a business that has no morals, values, or common sense. Absolutely disappointing and unfortunate that they chose not to handle the situation....
Read moreAshley just hosted my daughter’s 11th birthday party and it was FABULOUS!! She handled everything. The activities for the kids were great. The decorations were darling. She was easy to work with. We literally just brought the food and drinks. My daughter said it was her favorite birthday to date. If you have a Lego fan, this is the party for you. I can’t say enough good things. The kids all had a blast building and the minifigs were a HUGE HIT. Birthday parties aside, the shop is wonderful and the family who owns it is just so kind and helpful. So, stop in and enjoy all the magic that is Lego. My son’s favorite part is looking through all the retired sets. We loved this place before the birthday party. Now, we love it even more. Thank you, Ashley for making our daughter’s birthday...
Read moreI cannot express enough praise about this location. They have an outstanding and versatile array of Lego sets and Minifigs (new sets, sets that have retired and are no longer in production, and Minifigs of many different themes). They have collectors items on display for Lego enthusiasts to view, and building areas for young and old to customize their own pieces. What is the most significant, and the reason we are repeat customers, is the genuine kindness, care and humility the family who owns and operates this location, bestows upon their guests. We have always been welcomed with smiles and friendly conversation. I truly am so pleased to have met this family and will continue to support them! From one Lego lover to another, this is definitely a...
