I do not live here in Laguna Niguel my son does I come to visit quite often I was here a month ago visiting and I was looking for a place to get my nails done and I was asking around and someone told me about your salon so I called and made an appointment with Angel and I have to say I was truly amazed by the work that was done and the girl that does my nails and my feet I just love her I cannot think of her name but she’s one hell of a person and does an amazing job I live in Palm Desert and I will come back every 3 to 4 weeks to have her just do my nails and my feet as needed everyone there seems to be so sweet and kind and Angel at the front desk is amazing she’s got such a big heart and so much love in her that’s what makes me want to come back is people like that !! To me it’s very important that when you only business you need to show love and respect that’s what brings the clients in and they see how they’re being treated and handled they will want to come back in word of mouth is everything so I think Angel and I think my beautiful nail girl that I can make the name of her being so loving and kind to me and everybody else as well I get a lot of compliments on my nails and I tell exactly where I go to get them done and it’s definitely worth it thank you so much 😁. ...

My second time here. First time I had a regular manicure and it was great. So I scheduled a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. The pedicure was the worst pedicure EVER! No foot soak, scrubbing, massage or cuticle trim. She just cut the nails, filed, and polish. I thought she had misunderstood me and was doing a polish change only. When I asked she said “I did it but you were taking and didn’t feel it “. Really??? How could you not feel your feet being scrubbed or massaged!? How about the fact that I can see there was no cuticle trim and my feet are dry. The gel manicure which was done by someone else, turned out ok. However she cut me and when I told her, she totally ignored it and didn’t even clean the area but continued to rush through the process. They charged me for a mani/ pedi and I told her that I would not pay for a pedicure but only for a polish change. The manager was nice and professional and agreed.

Getting your nails done is a luxury and a splurge. And it’s also supposed to be a relaxing and enjoyable experience. It was anything but that! It was a frustrating rushed job; 25 min for a gel manicure and “pedicure”! Ridiculous! They lost...

I would give 5 stars as I come here all the time and this is the only salon I go to. They do a great job and are always very professional and helpful. However, today when I went in to get a nail fixed, the receptionist was entirely unprofessional and extremely rude. she asked if I got them done here and I told her yes. She couldn’t find me in the system for some reason. She kept arguing with me that if I had come here I would’ve been in the system. I asked her if she was accusing me of lying and “why would I lie about this?” and she responded with “I’m not sure why.”

I went in with every intention of paying for the fix So I don’t know why this was an issue in the first place and why she wanted to argue with me. She then told me my artist couldn’t do it for another...
