Stay away from this furniture store or else you throw your money into trash can!

If there was a negative 5 star I would have been happy to give them! They delivered my furniture with issues on the legs and back. It took 4 weeks to take it back to fix it, they then brought it back with big black stains left from the fingerprints of people who either were trying to fix the chair or carrying it to the warehouse or truck. When they brought the chairs back after 2 months, the issue was not fixed. So they said they will ask someone to come over and fix it so it doesn’t take long to take them back again. Sure enough that they came and it turns out they didn’t have the matching color to paint the legs!!! They then delivered my sofa with clear deep fabric folding lines in both sides and a leg color that was way different with what I ordered!! It was not even matching the chairs!! We’re talking about 8k furniture and yet that’s how they made it. Worse than everything is their customer service! They pretend to care but they actually don’t!!! If I would have gotten my furniture from Costco or Living spaces I am sure it was much better customer service and way better quality for the price and such a long wait time!!! I called and emailed them multiple times and they didn’t care or respond! Guess what: They have already worked that out with the bank and had us started our monthly payment. They said if we pause the payment because we’re not satisfied, nothing happens to them and we only ruin our credit score! SO: Please do your research before you order anything from them! I didn’t have time during my renovation and just wanted to get it done asap to get settled and also because the lady who worked with us to design the furniture was very nice, professional and helpful! So I trusted the brand just because of her! I should have asked from the people who actually had their items delivered how satisfied they are! We are so happy with Ethan Allen Laguna Niguel and we absolutely love Monica Fatolahi! She came to our home, took measurements and got a feel for exactly what we needed. My husband and I then met with her at the store where she had put together a beautiful display along with a folder with pictures, fabrics, furniture, lighting, art work, decorative pieces and prices. She helped us pick out everything. She spent all day with us and if we were unsure of something she was happy to help us find another choice. We felt no pressure to buy. But we loved all her recommendations and the pieces we’ve received so far look incredible in our home. I do not have a decorating flare so I was extremely grateful!! She is beyond talented, she put together things I would never have tried and it looks amazing! I can text her with any question and she responds rights away! I have found a decorator for life! Everyone at the store was so helpful, they worked as a team! While some helped wrap items we were taking home, others got us drinks and helped us fill out paper work! My wife and I recently worked with Monica on furnishing our apartment. This project began while we were located in VT and hadn't seen our place yet. She worked of blueprint sketches of the place, strategically placed some of our existing furniture and developed a fantastic plan. With the goal of acquiring furniture that we will eventually relocate to a home that we purchase in the near future, Monica was simply amazing. Very thoughtful, patient, and creative. She even setup time for her team to view the empty apartment (while we were still living in VT) to make sure that the plan that she was developing would work.
