I like this Store in general because I can avoid the Mall hence 3 Stars. My experience today would be zero stars. I work in Retail so I really don't take issue with much because I realize customer service can be difficult. This morning, my experience with Virginia was not good. I work all night so I probably look like I work all night. That should have ZERO impact on the way I am treated. Granted, the Store was busy and it appeared she was by herself. Soooo.... I did NOT customize my $30 order as I usually do (monthly I am here) because I saw there were people waiting. I didn't mind her rushing through my order but at checkout my jaw just DROPPED at how RUDE she was!! I always buy $30 so I can use the $5 off and I brought the wrong card. She snapped "thats not active yet" and literally grabbed the gift card with impatience to insert it as she sighed loudly with impatience. When my jaw dropped I think it occurred to her that I might be one that would not drop it.... and she was RIGHT. She immediately peeked up as I noted her name badge and wished me a nice day. Too late Virginia. Your smugness was noted. My past couple visits I have encountered a man (Scott maybe?) Anyway, HE is WONDERFUL! Next month when I come, if Virginia is staffing the store I will skip my treat. Even fabulous Sees candy isn't worth...

I don’t think I’ve had this much fun buying candy in a long time young man behind the counter Ethan was pleasant, energetic, and very knowledgeable of his product in this day and age. It’s hard to come by people that are not only trustworthy employees but also wonderful sales people the product is enthusiasm. Malone almost seem to make the candy taste better.

I ordered milk chocolate buttercream into the truffles. They didn’t even have time to get into the bag.

It’s no surprising as a specialty candy store with Service like this? They will be successful for a long time. The dark chocolate buttercream is next on my list. There are so many others to try but another one I recommend are the butter crunch toffee !!!!

This is a candy-only store. They have a wide variety of chocolates, dark, milk, and white chocolates, even fruit-flavored centers. They have suckers, peanut-brittle, Victorian toffee and other specialties. There are gift wrapped items or they will gift wrap any purchase for you. All items are openly displayed.
