My first visit to a Tesla dealership was outstanding. I was warmly greeted by Erek, who spent over an hour walking us through everything about the Model Y. He’s truly one of the best salespeople I’ve ever met—knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. Even when we decided to hold off on buying for now, he was just as professional and friendly as when we first walked in. There was no pressure, no guilt trip—just genuine help.

The store itself was spotless, and we were assisted right away without any waiting. Overall, it was a completely different (and much better) experience compared to traditional dealerships. When the time comes to purchase, I’ll definitely be coming...

Big fan of Teslas, but the main sales guy at this location is awful. Quite pompous, comes out with his earbuds in his ears, a completely non-curious or non-helpful approach. He asked me, “what are you here for?” I said, “to look at your cars.” He laughed. Well, then don’t ask such a stupid question. I think he expected me to know exactly what I wanted, which I don’t, which is all part of the selling experience, maybe asking me more questions to narrow in on something that will suit my needs, or offering to look at some vehicles. First time at this dealership - we were very impressed!

Check-in was a breeze and the advisors were polite and listened without trying to push anything on us.

The customer lounge was very clean and offered coffee, soda & chips as complementary fare.

In the showroom, Mike was polite and patiently answered our questions.

Outside we met Eric who promptly gave us a test-drive in a new model X that we were interested in.
