I can’t believe that we went down to the store at the Verizon said that we could go ahead and bring the signature tablet down there and the lady started yelling and screaming and all that stuff telling us that we have to go somewhere else and everything else what kind of job and why do they hire people like that Really disrespectful if I could only give them a zero star I would give them a zero star I think they deserve to have a star they’re very rude and very mean you know I called Verizon up and I asked him if I if we could go ahead and bring it down and this is the worst place we ever been the second worst place The one on grape Street started charging my sister all kinds of money and activation fees and stuff and then they decided they’re putting my name on her bill without my permission. What kind of store are these? They’re really bad. Beware do not go to that store the lady likes to yell and scream , she don’t help the customers out she refused to take things back and then she wind up chipping that signature tablet put a scratch on it so now what do we do now we don’t know now they want us to go to another store. You know causes me money just to dry my sister all over the place so she could return all these device And I wish they shut that store down or get rid of this lady. She’s very rude. Please don’t go to her. She’s really mean my sister said you’re very nice lady. Next minute her anger came out pretty fast and started being really mean to my sister and started yelling at me too why I was trying to explain to her what the person said over on Verizon phone number when I call them up and to let them know what’s going on and they told us to go down there so we’re really harassed . It’s kind of elderly abuse what she has done me and my sister if I could only give a zero star that’s what I would do there might as well find a different store. Maybe you might find somebody a little bit decent with Verizon. I just can’t believe how they charge all kinds of money for a lot of stuff and it’s really Ridiculous And a $500 cell phone which is worth 700 to get credit turns around her bill is back for 500 and something dollars so they ripping people off right there and then the activation fee and all the stuff they start charging things out of her bank account on her credit card. She’s getting all these different charges of different things and they said they’re gonna credit the card , the money back on the card and what they did is made her card fraudulent so she had a call to see what was going on and they’re trying to charge the money on refund her money back. I’ve been on the phone all morning long till today it’s already 5:54 PM tonight all it’s been is harass cause my sister don’t know her pin number and I’ve been harassing us ever cents. Read moreExtremely poor service and mismanagement I experienced at your lake Elsinore Verizon (Collier Ave) store. Although I usually do not write reviews, this is the second time I have encountered issues at this location.
I placed an order online for a pink iPhone 15 and selected this location for pickup. The day before the scheduled pickup, I stopped by the store since I was in the vicinity. A staff member sitting in side the store confirmed and showed me that they had my order in stock and were only waiting for a computer to scan it out. After waiting for over an hour, the staff member then informed me that they did not have the phone in stock after all. Instead, he offered me a different color, which I accepted, as the color was not a significant concern for me.
However, he then told me that in order to process the order as an in-store purchase, my online order would need to be canceled and I would have to pay an additional $40 for an in-store setup fee. This is outrageous! After confirming that my phone was in stock and making me wait for over an hour, they then tried to charge me extra for a service I do not need. I can set up the phone at home for free.
To add to the frustration, I had to call Verizon to cancel my original order so that I could go to another store that had the phone in stock. This entire experience was a complete waste of my time and showcased extremely...
