My last errand of the day was at Chase Bank in this neighborhood style mall. Chase just relocated the personal banking Branch from Trabuco and El Toro in the Stater Bros Shopping Center to this Heritage Hill Plaza .
In this Plaza you'll find a Ralph's, CVS Pharmacy, UPS Store, Bagel and Brew Restaurant , Modern Image Beauty Salon, Ace Hardware Nail salon shoe repair shop Togo's sandwiches, Marine recruiting, donut shop, UPS Store / post boxes, Nail Salon, Music School, Chase Bank, US Bank, Chinese and Vietnamese restaurants, jewelry store, flower shop, Brizio Pizza, Shoe Repair, Hair Cutters, Orange County Credit Union, and a number of medical and dental offices. Those are the businesses I can think of off the top of my head but I'm sure I've missed a few .
Good amount of parking and many of the spaces, especially on the side of the lot towards Lake Forest Drive (on the other side of the lot, away from the stores) are shaded till around 2 p.m. 75' Canary Island Pines growing there. There's also a recycling center in back of Ralphs where you can be trade cans and...

I can't believe this was my first time visiting this park is...
