Vita Juice — Restaurant in Lake Forest

This was our first visit to Vita Juice, and unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with the quality—especially considering the premium pricing of $25 for two drinks.

My wife ordered the Power Pistachio, and I got the Cantaloupe with Persian Saffron Ice Cream. Her drink was literally warm, and the pistachio flavor tasted low-quality. My cantaloupe drink was bland, and the ice cream was the lowest quality I’ve ever had.

The interior design was decent, with colorful seating that matched the juice bar's vibe. However, given the competition in this market, they really need to step up their quality if they want to succeed.

I tried Vita Juice Detox Juice during my lunch break at work and I have to say, I was really impressed! What I found really cool about Vita Juice is that they let you see the whole process of making the juice. From picking the fresh fruits to tossing them into the juicer, it's all right there in front of you. It's great to know exactly where your juice is coming from and how it's made.
