I came to rise with my online order ready to pick up between 8-9 I got there a few minutes before 8 and a sweet girl (Liann) waves me over. I got in her line and she told me that the Apple Cobbler live resin Rythm cartridge I was buying was being sold like crazy so in good hopes I asked her if she had tried it or knew how it was. She said she personally hadn’t but asked me how I feel about lime. I’m not quick to usually buy lime flavored things but she recommended one of her favorites, Margarita Bar by Cookies, and told me it was on sale. She also then told me she would probably be able to get it double discounted, and she did. And with a giggle said "now when you smoke this you’ll think of me". Her service was such a sweet encounter and she seemed still in a great, enthusiastic mood, even towards the end of her shift. I asked her if the tips went directly to her but she said they get dispersed amongst all staff because there are also people in the back filling the orders but if I write her a 5 star review she gets a free joint - which I think is well deserved! On 12/13/24 I went there to pickup and couldn't find my drivers license so I had to use my foid card to id and that took 5+ minutes, whatever then when I made it inside I waited for help for another 10+ minutes even though there wasn't a line and they were fully staffed they simply ignored me. Only 1 of their staff was willing to ring me up after he was done helping the only other customer who was there when the rest just talked to each other then one made a cheeky comment saying "I can help the next customer" then laughed. There was no next customer, he said that to jab me because I was the only next customer and he was only willing to help me after the only guy doing their job already did. This was downright rude and disrespectful. I was shocked they these people not only refused to help me because I'm guessing my foid card offended them, they mocked me for it. It was one of the most disgusting things I've experienced in any store and was downright discrimination...

I visited this store when I did an online order,. My order was put together pretty quickly. I ordered at 11:23am and my pick up window was between 12p and 1p. I love that this place is so clean and sanitary and professional. I was a little lost figuring out which line was for pick ups, but that was totally on me. My ADHD makes me overlook details pretty easily, I was in the wrong line for pick up orders, but it didn’t matter they took me, wrong line and all and my order was ready, correct and the double check was thorough. Emily checked me out and was so incredibly friendly and was very conversational and got me interested in future products that sounded like something I would want to try. I don’t stray far from what I currently enjoy, so I appreciated her talking about similar products with a little something extra.
