$$ It's a Starbucks. I don't drink coffee but my wife does and she likes it. Be aware the parking lot is one-way counter-clockwise around the building and drive-thru can get busy at times. They do have a nice outdoor seating area. One thing I wish they'd do is put up a little bridge walkway over the ditch to connect the bike path with the parking lot. Walking or biking from the west requires traversing the ditch or going all the way around the bank. Plus it would make it convenient for people who ride the 550 to get to/from the bus stop adjacent to the bike path. It shares a building with other businesses and provides handicap parking and access. 04/16/24 We walk there on weekends and a bridge over the ditch is still something someone should consider installing. Also, crossing Randall and the intersection by Lowe's on foot has become fairly dangerous. Even with traffic lights and marked crosswalks, drivers disregard pedestrian right-of-way and drive without even looking. Otherwise, once getting there, service is quick and staff...
Read moreI go there all the time! I love this place but this morning I had a really bad experience. The lady in the drive through was super rude as I drove up to the window my coffe was already sitting outside the window on the metal thing she did not greet me. I said hello how are you myself since she did not greet me and she ignored me. I myself put in my card and she turned the other way no eye contact at all. Did not give me a total or nothing. I asked if I was all set and with attitude she said yes. How was I suppose to know if she did not say a word to me. Smh before I drove off I told her she was really rude and she said "I didn't hear you", wow!!!!! On top of that I get home and my Drink was wrong. I asked for no liquid sugar only cream and it had sugar. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER...

Multiple days I have encountered her negative attitude as if she doesn’t want to be working there.. it’s frustrating as if us customers have done something to her.. there’s no “thank you pull Up” there was no “thank you have a good day” its frustrating as I wish there was a Starbucks on the route to my job bc I would definitely not spend my time there.. everyone else that works there is always so friendly and welcoming but every time Taylor is in that window ( the one w the 6yo pig tails always in her hair ).. it is never welcoming nor respectful as a customer, just avoid putting her in drive thru or interacting w customers at this point, ridiculously...
