If I could leave zero stars I would. This is my first time ordering from firehouse subs at all and it was the worst experience ever. I placed an advanced order through the mobile app around 5:30 pm to be picked up at 6:15pm. I showed up to the location around 6:20 pm to find out from my boyfriend who I sent int that my order was not yet ready. They would not give him any estimated time on when the food would be ready, and only told him it would be ready when it’s ready. I was upset and decided to go in myself to inquiry how much longer it might take. When I approached the older gentleman behind the counter and said excuse me I was blatantly ignored. I stood there for a moment when he finally looked up and me and still choose to ignore me rather than ask what I need assistance with. When I was finally able to get the attention of another worker to inquire how much longer it would take he told me it should be a couple minutes and that it would be ready when it’s ready. I was upset by how he spoke to me and complained how I ordered my food in advance and that it should have been ready already as I had work to go back to. He rudely told me I did not order the food at the time I said I did and I it would be ready in a couple minutes and that I could wait until it’s done. I do not at all appreciate how I was spoken to in anyway when I approached them calmly and politely. I will never return to this location or potentially ever by food from this establishment again. Read moreI haven't had one in years and my husband has never had one!! What a huge mistake that was!! My husband drove 35 minutes and arrived 30 minutes before closing. The employees were rude and complaining that they just wanted to "get out of there"!! Neither one of our subs were made to our specifications. Mine was missing an ingredient and both of ours weren't toasted. My mac and cheese didn't have the topping on it like the photo on the website (I found out that it's an old photo on there!!) I called and spoke with the manager Bob and expressed my concerns and he was very rude, abrasive and condescending. He had an unsatisfactory answer for everything!! I explained it one way, he justified it with irrelevance the next. Everything I explained or justified, he would automatically say something to refute it!! It was from the steaming of the meat and cheese to the container. Then he would just repeat himself and say that the next time you come in, tell us that you want it toasted twice!! I was done!! I said that this conversation is going nowhere and I won't be back!! I thanked him for his time even though it was a complete waste of mine!! Stay far away from here for many reasons!! I had 20 people showing up to my house in a 1/2 hour with no food since then I have called corporate 3 times and was told I would get a response somebody would contact me nobody contacted me yesterday I called the individual store again finally got a call back today and owner tells me that yeah I don't know anything about a refund it's really tricky not quite sure how to do it I'll have to come in the store we'll see if we can figure it out I have 2 babies under 2 and i work.
