This past Tuesday night at 7:30 pm I tried to place a DOORDASH order and was met with an error saying CSC was extremely busy and unable to take order and to try another business. I thought it was just a glitch and tried a few more times, thinking there’s no way they are that busy with the snow etc. So after a few tries I called and talk to a very young girl and asked her if they would be turning DD back on anytime soon. She acted like she didn’t know what I was talking about saying they can’t turn it off. Lol. Of course the store can for busy situations. Anyway I asked for a manager and was told there wasn’t one available so kids are left on their own accord at night with no manager. Seems a little Irresponsible on management part, I wouldn’t want my 16 yr old left alone. So after waiting a few more minutes I tried the app again and it worked so I can only believe that one of the kids left at that store know how to turn it off and on and thought they wouldn’t get caught but I messed that up so they turned it back on. If I could have done 0 stars I would have. Sent in a complaint about a substandard custom birthday cake on the website and the owner - Mitch called me back. HORRIBLE customer service !!!! . Not once did he apologize, he berated my complaint and then was patronizing. I told him I was at work and couldn’t talk long - he said “ well I am at work too.” He sarcastically said “ we are gonna crank up our standards and out out a better cake to make you happy “. Who does that ? I had to tell him again I needed to go but he kept talking.

The cake was horrible. The decorations extremely poor. It didn’t look like anything on their website. The filling was non existent, the Mix in’s to the ice cream of strawberry and blueberry were minimal, there were no clear layers of cake and ice cream and the strawberries on top were so small. I even thought one looked made up with frosting. The handwriting elementary and didn’t even include a name.

I can’t believe an owner would have such a lack of customer service. I won’t ever...
